Equipment Fittings:
a. All Pro-cases come with anti-fire hi-density foam. The top section has one layer of convoluted foam. The bottom section has 1 to 3 unique pick and pluck layers depending on size of case. The bottom layer is uncut liner.
b. Place all of your equipments on top of the pre-cut grid. Distribute until you have a suitable arrangement. Leave adequate space between each piece of equipment. For maximum protection, keep equipment into the pre-cut grid area.
c. Insert equipments into designated areas. For smaller equipment, cut the removed foam to correct height and place into the areas.
Instructions:
1. Since all Pro-cases are airtight, caution in high humidity climates. In order to supervise the humidity inside the case, we recommend you to choose the model with anti-water humidity meter. This absorber can be reused many times.
2. ORing Seal: To insure airtight, watertight, it is important to check the Oring groove in bottom and lid side on a regular basis for foreign debris as sand, wigs, paper etc. And the Oring itself must protect from cuts, corrosion and foreign objects to insure proper seal.
3. Pressure Purge: All Pro-cases are designed to purge off inside pressure automatically. The pressure purge is in the case that after flight travel or returning from mountain elevations, you are can’t open the case. Then you can loosen the purge anti-clockwise to balance the pressure inside and outside.
4. Cleaning Instructions: Most stuffs and stains can be removed quickly with household cleaner and soft sponge. Do not use any type of brush that will scratch surface.
5. If you mistakenly pluck out too many rows of foam cubes, join them with glue.
6. Do not store Pro-cases in car trunk or enclosed areas during warm, humid months. Do not place or store the case in close proximity to any type of heat producing machine or appliances. Otherwise it will cause severe damage to the case and its inside equipment.
